摘要研究目的:分析土地整治对促进农业现代化水平的影响程度及其区域特征。研究方法:采用基于向量自回归模型的脉冲响应和方差分解法量化土地整治对农业现代化水平的影响,采用因子分析法识别土地整治对农业现代化有显著影响的区域的自然、社会和经济特征。研究结果:(1)从全国层面看,土地整治面积、新增耕地面积和整治投资额对促进农业现代化水平均有正向作用,相应的方差贡献率分别为13.1%、1.1%和8.3%;(2)从区域层面看,在经济发展相对滞后、城镇化水平较低、耕地质量较差、土地开发程度较低的区域,土地整治对农业现代化水平的影响较为显著。研究结论:土地整治对农业现代化水平的提升具有正向作用,但区域差异较为显著,应针对不同地区在自然条件、社会状况、经济发展水平等方面的特征,开展差异化整治,特别是在土地整治对农业现代化提升作用不显著的地区,应对整治方式、后期利用等方面进行反思,慎重开展土地整治工程。 This study aims to evaluate the influence of rural land consolidation on promoting the level of agricultural modernization. Impulse response function and variance decomposition based on Vector Auto-regressive Model（VAR）are used to reveal how land consolidation affects the agricultural modernization. Meanwhile, factor analysis method is applied to recognize the regional natural, social and economic characteristics with the significant impacts on agricultural modernization. The result reveals that the elements of land consolidation including project area, newly-added cropland area and the amount of investment all play important roles on promoting the level of agricultural modernization. And the influence of land consolidation on agricultural modernization exhibits regional differences because of diverse natural, social and economic conditions. In conclusion, the rural land consolidation can effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization and this promotion effect is more likely to be significant in the regions with less developed economy, low level of urbanization, poor farmland and low degree of land development. As a result, to further advance the improving effect of rural land consolidation on agricultural modernization, the differentiated schemes of land consolidation are required according to the economic and social levels, natural conditions and resource endowments of different regions. In particular, for the area where rural land consolidation exerted insignificant impacts on promoting agricultural modernization, the consolidation methods and subsequent utilization should be redesigned and the consolidation project should be implemented with great cautions.
