摘要
目的:通过对阿奇霉素片、阿奇霉素胶囊、阿奇霉素分散片三种剂型的溶出度曲线的制定,加强对药物溶出度的认识和理解。方法:通过对比实验,绘制不同剂型溶出度曲线。结果:能够很直观得出测定药物溶出度时间范围和溶出度值,不同剂型,不同的溶出关系。结论:普通片剂的溶出是渐进的,分散片的溶出是突变式的,而胶囊剂的溶出是阶段性的。不同剂型其溶出度曲线是不同的,其生物利用度及治病机制也不同。
