摘要
民族地区生态环境问题既影响民族地区经济的发展,也影响民族关系的和谐稳定。在探讨加强民族地区生态管理必要性和意义的基础上,从以下几方面提出提高民族地区生态管理有效性,以实现民族地区的永续发展:(1)健全民族地区生态立法体系,构建良好的生态管理法制环境;(2)切实增强民族地区全社会的生态责任意识;(3)建设大数据平台,创新民族地区生态管理模式等。
Comprehensive reform and opening up have given rise to the environment to be rapidly deteriorated, so that economic development and harmonious stability of national relationship are influenced in ethnic minority areas. On the basis of necessities and meanings of intensifying ecological management in race region are discussed,this paper is putting forward to improve effectiveness of ecological management according to realize sustainable development in ethnic minority areas in the following. The first,ecological legislative system should be perfected,and good legal environment of ecological management also should be constructed in race region. The second, we should feasibly improve consciousness of societal ecological responsibility in ethnic minority areas. The third, big data platform should be established, so that innovates ecological management modes in race region and so on.
