摘要
我国海洋形势日益严峻,研发公务船有利于增强远海执法能力.选取某型公务船,基于先进的CFD技术,对其原型方案进行数值模拟并与模型试验结果进行对比分析,基于原型,通过对横剖面面积纵向分布,舵、呆木、支架、尾鳍、尾封板和球艏进行优化,获得不同组合的优化线型.CFD数值模拟结果显示:在设计吃水,设计航速工况下,原型方案的CFD数值模拟结果与试验值吻合良好;优化线型的阻力性能较原型降低显著,最大达到25.4%.
China has to investigate patrol vessel for maritime disputes. Choosing a vessel as sample,based on advanced hull line optimization CFD software STAR-CCM +,by contrasting with the prototype,optimization(including LCB,rudder,dead wood,struts,skeg,stern,bulb) have been carried out to investigate the difference of resistance performance. CFD results show that,at the condition of design draft and design speed,after contrasting with model test results,CFD results of the prototype is reasonable and acceptable. The resistance performances of all optimized lines have been greatly improved,the best one is improved by 25. 4%.
