摘要
聚硅酸类混凝剂在工业废水处理中具有很广阔的市场前景和发展潜力。实验结果表明按照Si O2/Fe3+摩尔比4~6制备的聚合硅酸铁稳定性及使用效果更好,所制备的聚硅酸铁在pH值2~4和9~12范围内处理染料废水表现出较好的脱色性能,投加量越大越利于废水脱色。对实验的几种染料废水均可以达到95%的脱色率,形成的絮体稳定,易于沉降。温度5~25℃范围内,聚合硅酸铁投加量不足的情况下,温度升高,脱色效果略有改善;当投加足量的混凝剂情况下,温度对脱色效果几乎无影响。
The coagulants of the polysilicic acids have a broad market prospect and development potential in industrial wastewater treatment. The experiment results showed that the poly-ferric-silicate prepared in mole ratio of SiO_2/Fe^(3+) by 4 ~ 6 ∶ 1 has better stability and effects. The poly-ferric-silicate had a better performance in decolorizing the dye wastewater in pH 2 ~ 4 and 9 ~ 12,and decolorizing effects increased with increasing of dosage. Several sorts of dye wastewater could be decolorized 95%; the flocs formed were stable and easy to settle. Between 5 ~ 25 ℃,while lack of enough dosage of the poly-ferric-silicate,a higher temperature could improve the decolorizing effects; and the temperature has no effects on decolorization when the dosage of coagulant was sufficient.
