《铜包铜丝用热轧盘条》行业标准（YB／T4358-2016）由江苏沙铜集团有限公司作为第一起草单位主笔制定，本文介绍了标准制定背景、标准主要技术内容与标准实施要点。通过标准解析，促进标准的宣传贯彻，强化标准实施。
Hot-rolled wire rods for copper-clad steel metallurgical standard （YB/T 4538-2016 ） was researched and drafted by Jiangsu Shagang Group Co.,Ltd. which was as the first draft unit. The background and the core contents of the standard and the key points of implementation were analyzed in this paper to promote comprehension and implementation of this new standard.
