婴儿EB病毒混合感染性肝炎患者单核细胞TLRs信号通路表达水平分析 被引量:1

Expression levels of TLRs signaling pathway in monocytes of infants hepatitis with mixed infection of EBV virus

摘要 目的对婴幼儿EBV病毒合并感染性肝炎患者单个核细胞TLRs信号通路表达水平进行分析。方法选取本院2015年1月-2016年6月不明原因肝炎的患儿作为研究对象,所有患者检测EB病毒抗-VCA Ig M及肝功能检查的结果,采用PCR定量检测患者TLRs信号表达水平,分析不同感染类型患儿TLRs信号通路表达。结果单纯EBV感染的患者TLR2、NF-kb水平低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症肝炎患者TLR2、NF-kb均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性结果显示,TLR2和NF-kb均与病情严重程度、ALT、AST、TBil、TP、ALB、PTA呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清EBV病毒合并感染性肝炎患者单个核细胞TLRs信号表达明显增高,TLR2和NF-kb与患者病情密切相关。 Objective To analyze the expression of TLRs signaling pathway in mononuclear cells of infants with EBV virus infection combined with infectious hepatitis. Methods The patients with unexplained hepatitis from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,all the patients were conducted for the detection of EB virus anti-VCAIg M and liver function test,PCR was used for the quantitative detection of TLRs signal path. Results The levels of TLR2 and NF-kb in EBV infection group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05);while the levels of TLR2 and NF-kb in patients with severe hepatitis were significantly higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Pearson correlation showed that both TLR2 and NF-kb were positively correlated with,ALT,AST,TBil,TP,ALB and PTA. Conclusion The expression of TLRs signal in mononuclear cells of patients EBV virus combined with infectious hepatitis is significantly higher,and TLR2 and NF-kb are closely related to the patient's condition.
