基于主模型和同步建模的模型简化技术研究

摘要 提出了一种以主模型为基础,在NX平台上基于同步建模功能对实体模型进行自动简化的方案。利用主模型中的启发式信息,以及特征简化规则,快速获取待简化特征信息,然后利用同步建模的删除面、替换面等操作,对模型实施自动简化。实例表明,提出的模型自动简化方案在主模型转化之后,既保留了原CAD模型的主要细节特征,又降低了面向CAE模型分析的几何复杂程度。 This paper presents a scheme to automatically simplify the solid model constructed from the master model on the NX platform based on synchronous modeling operations. Using the heu-ristic information in thc master model and the feature simplification rule, the feature information to be simplified can be obtained quickly. Then, the model can be simplified automatically by using synchronous modeling operations such as deleting face and replacing face. The examples show that the proposed model simplification scheme preserves the details of thc CAD model and reduces the complexity of the CAE-orientcd analysis model.
