摘要 电力是工业的先行保障,是整个国民经济的重要支柱,电力行业的发展直接关系到整个社会进步和人民生活水平提高,因此电力设备的正常运转对国民经济、社会生活,乃至整个国家的正常运行都非常重要。为了有效地保证变电、输配电设备和线路的安全运行。加强电力施工现场作业的人身安全风险控制、电网系统的安全风险控制,积极推动电网施工现场作业的全方位、立体化安全管控至关重要。移动应用技术具有广域覆盖、易接入、非视距传输、容量大和可靠性高点的特点,电力行业有借助移动应用技术的智能性、互联网、交互性,实现行业技术换代发展,提升工作质量以及改变传统作业方式的迫切需求。故此提出基于移动应用技术的施工作业现场管控平台。 power is the first security industry, is an important pillar of the national economy, the development of electric power industry is directly related to the social progress and the improvement of people's living standard, so the normal operation of power equipment for national economy and social life, and the whole countiy's normal operation are very important. In order to effectively ensure the safe operation of substation, transmission and distribution equipment and lines. To strengthen the personal safety risk control of power construction site operation and the safety risk control of power grid system, it is essential to promote the omnibearing and three-dimensional safety control of power grid construction site operation. The mobile application technol-ogy has wide coverage, easy access, NLOS transmission, large capacity and high reliability characteristics, the power industry has intelligence, Internet, interaction with mobile application technology, industry technology development and upgrading, en-hance the quality of work and change the traditional mode of operation of the urgent needs. Therefore, the construction operation field control platform based on mobile application technology is proposed.
