摘要
在农业转移人口、企业和政府"经济人"假设下,从成本收益的视角对各成本分担主体(政府、企业、个人)之间的博弈进行分析,构建双方博弈与三方博弈的支付矩阵,分析各利益主体的策略选择,确定农业转移人口、企业和政府共同合作的成本分担机制,从三方出发提出实质性建议。
Under the assumption of agricultural transfer population, enterprise and government ＂economic man＂, the game between cost sharing subjects（government, enterprise and individual） is analyzed from the perspective of cost benefit, we construct the payment matrix of two sides game and tripartite game, analyze the strategic choice of interest subjects, determine the transfer of agricultural population, enterprises and government cooperation cost sharing mechanism, make substantive recommendations from the three parties.
