双出风型旋风筒下出风口的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 在冷模试验条件下探讨了双出风型旋风筒的下出风口管径和高度对旋风筒阻力损失、分离效率的影响。研究表明,随着下出风口管径的增大,双出风型旋风筒阻力损失降低,下出风口直径d每减小0.2D,阻力系数平均减小10.64%,虽然分离效率会有小幅度降低,但依旧处于较高水平。而下出风口的高度增加,会导致双出风型旋风筒阻力损失升高,下出风口直筒段高度h每升高0.1d,阻力系数平均增加6.62%。 The effect of pipe size and height of lower air outlet on pressure loss and separation efficiency of double outlet cyclone was studied by means of cold modeling test. The results indicate that the pressure loss decreased as pipe size of lower air outlet increased,the drag coefficient( ζ) of the system decreased by 10. 64% when diameter of lower outlet( d) added 0. 2 D,although separation efficiency of cyclone has decreased slightly,it is still at a high level. On the other hands,the pressure loss increased as height of lower air outlet increased,the lower outlet height( h) added 0. 1 d,drag coefficient( ζ) increased by 6. 62%.
