电视是20世纪人类最伟大的发明之一。它的横空出世给世界文化传播与交流带来了巨大的变革,做出了积极的贡献。但同时,类似收视率至上这样的观点也从一开始就深刻影响着、制约着电视的文化传播,怎样看待电视节目的思想文化属性和电视媒体的经济属性之间的关系?怎样引导中国电视文化的发展和创新?在中华民族迈向伟大复兴的蓝图中,怎样做出应有的贡献?这是摆在中国电视人甚至中国文化界面前的一个大课题。
TV is one of the greatest inventions of mankind in the20th century. Its advent has both brought great changes andmade a positive contribution to the world's cultural communicationand exchanges. But at the same time, views like "ratingsfirst" have been profoundly influencing and restricting the culturalcommunication of TV from the very beginning, so how todeal with the relationship between the ideological and culturalproperty of TV programs and the economic property of TV mediahas become an important issue. Besides, we should also considerhow to guide the development and innovation of Chinese TV culture,and how to make a contribution to the great rejuvenation ofthe Chinese nation. These are big topics for the Chinese TV industryand even the Chinese cultural circle.
