摘要
高校设立二级心理辅导站有助于转变心理健康教育的模式、完善心理健康防护网络和壮大心理健康教育队伍。但是在现实工作的开展中,二级辅导站存在着工作职责不明晰,人、财、物配置不齐,专业指导匮乏和评估体系不完善等问题。因此,在今后辅导站工作的开展中应当以存在的问题为切入点,在完善不足的基础上进一步推进辅导站工作的创新性发展。
The establishment of the secondary psychologicalcounseling station in universities can help to transform the modeof mental health education, improve the mental health protectionnetwork and strengthen the mental health education team. However,in the real work, the secondary counseling station has theproblems of unclear job responsibilities, lack of professionalguidance and incomplete evaluation system and so on. Therefore,in the future, we should take the existing problems as the startingpoint and further promote the innovative development of thecounseling station on the basis of improving the current situation.
