摘要
基于液滴运动特性分析,建立了单液滴吸收实验装置,测定了毫米级液滴传质系数。将液滴与气流间的相互作用和传质理论结合起来,揭示了液滴传质过程本质。通过对液滴内部化学平衡和传质机理进行分析讨论,理论推导出传质系数计算式,并以实验值和文献数据对传质系数进行参数回归。结果表明:得到的气、液分传质系数半经验计算式对喷淋塔内平均直径为2~3 mm液滴适用性好,为喷淋塔吸收模型的建立提供了可靠依据。
An experimental apparatus for measuring mass transfer coefficient of millimeter-sized droplet were designed,based on the analysis of droplet motion.Both the droplet-gas interaction and the mass-transfer equations were incorporated and developed to reveal the mass transport phenomenon.The ionic equilibrium and the transport phenomena inside droplet were analyzed and discussed.The expression of gas-side mass-transfer coefficient was deduced based on the analogy method.The parametric regression of liquid-side mass-transfer coefficient was carried out and examined by experimental value and literature data.The results show that the semi-empirical formulas presented in this work are suitable for calculating mass transfer coefficient of droplet with 2 ~ 3 mm diameter.The results provide a reliable base for modeling of mass transfer in spray absorber.
