摘要 汽车轻量化是世界汽车技术发展的重要方向,是国内汽车厂商对能源环境挑战的共同选择,也是汽车产业可持续发展的必经之路。发展汽车轻量化技术,是我国节能减排的需要,也是产业结构调整的需要,更是提升我国汽车产品国际竞争力、建设汽车强国的需要。文章应用结构优化软件Optistruct,在满足性能要求的前提下,对某SUV车型的副车架进行尺寸和拓扑优化分析,找到最优钣金件厚度和重要单元密度区域,实现副车架减重和轻量化设计。 Car lightweight is an important direction for the automotive technology development in the world, is the common choice of the energy and environmental challenges for domestic car manufacturers, and is also the automobile industry sustainable development of the only way. The technology development of car lightweightization is the need for energy- saving emission-reducting in China, is the need for industrial restructuring, and is also the need for enhancing the interna -tional competitiveness of China's auto products and building a car power. The paper applicates the structure optimization software Optistruct, takes the dimensions and topological optimization analysis for a SUV subframe meeting the perfor -mance requirements of the premise, in order to find the best thickness of sheet meta、important cell density area, and further achieve the subframe weight loss and lightweight design.
