摘要
思想教育对建立融洽的人际关系重视程度不够是出现思想教育时效性不够的一个重要原因之一。良好的宿舍人际关系是大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分。对于当代新疆高校大学生来说民汉混宿宿舍关系又是一项特殊的人际关系。民汉混宿模式将有助于新疆社会稳定、创建和谐的校园文化,营造良好的民汉关系。通过探讨民汉混宿模式下的民汉学生宿舍关系的重要性及意义,分析民汉混宿模式下民汉学生宿舍关系中存在的问题以及对策措施。
the importance of ideological education to the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship is not enough. Itis one of the important reasons for the lack of effectiveness of ideological education. Good dormitory interpersonal relationship is animportant part of College Students＇ Ideological and political work. For contemporary college students in Xinjiang, the relationship be-tween the people and the Han people is a special interpersonal relationship. The mode of ＂combining people with Han＂ will help Xin-jiang social stability and establisha harmonious campus culture, and create a good relationship between the people and the Han peo-ple. This paper attempts to discuss the importance and significance of the relationship between the Chinese and the Han students inthe ＂people Han mixed residence＂ mode.
