摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome,PRRS),俗称猪蓝耳病,是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)引起的一种猪繁殖和呼吸系统障碍的严重传染病。笔者发现,通城猪对蓝耳病具有抗病性。本文总结了近年来的研究工作,利用通城猪和国外品种大白猪进行人工感染试验,研究在免疫应答上的品种差异;通过转录组测序和生物信息分析发现两品种间存在的差异表达基因以及同一品种感染和未感染PRRSV间的差异表达基因,进一步对差异表达基因和病毒受体基因开展功能研究。研究结果为抗病基因鉴定奠定了基础。
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome is commonly known as PRRS,a serious by Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus （PRRSV）. And infected pigs which respiratory tract infection .The authors found that Tongcheng pigs have resistance to PRRSV, so they carried out a series offurther studies on nosotropic inheritance in the Tongcheng pigs. This paper summarized the author s research work in recentyears. To study the genotypic differences in immune response, the artificial infectiontest was done between Tongcheng pigsand foreign large white pigs. Differential expressing gene bet^veen Tongcheng PRRSV infected pigs and Tongcheng PRRSVnoninfected pigs were found through the analysis on sequence of transcription group and biologitional study was done bet^veen differential expressing gene and virus receptor gene too.
