摘要
根据博弈论的基本原理,研究了当下企业激励机制的路径选择。首先介绍了博弈论的相关理论,并对现代企业激励机制现状作出分析,提出企业在激励机制选择上的两大主要路径:单一静态激励机制和柔性动态激励机制。其次,结合博弈论的双人博弈原理,就柔性动态激励机制选择时得到的收益矩阵和概率矩阵做了分析。最后,依据博弈纳什均衡的分析,就处于不同条件下的企业,提出相应的企业激励路径选择,为企业提供更高效的人才管理措施,从而提高企业收益。
Based on the basic principle of game theory,the article analyzed the path selection of present incentive mechanism.Firstly,it introduced the related theory of game theory,and analysed the present situation of the incentive mechanism of modern companies,then pointed out two kinds of choices when companies made path choices：single static incentive mechanism and flexible dynamic incentive mechanism.Secondly,combined with the principle of game theory,the article analysed payoff matrix and probability matrix.In the end,according to the analysis of matrix,the paper given the corresponding path selection,and provided companies with more efficient staff management measures to improve the business income.
