渤海新型四腿井口平台上部组块总体布置设计及优化

摘要 针对渤海z油田新增扩边储量动用程度低、局部注采井网不完善的问题,开展该油田的综合调整方案研究,最终ODP方案新增32井槽(生产井20口,注水井9口,水源井1口,预留井槽2个)。采用92系列钻井船就位打井、修井机修井、带生活楼的四腿导管架式井口平台总体布置设计,提出了一种新型四腿井口平台(下称F平台)布置方案,形成了一套海上新型四腿井口平台的设计思路和研究方法.、该新型平台通过略微扩大工作点间距的方法,将原本需要8腿才能实现上述功能的平台优化为4腿,节省了平台组块和导管架用钢量。 Considering the low mining degree of new extension reserves and injection-production pattern not complete, ODP research was carried out for Z oil field in Bohai bay. The final plan added 32 slots. A new four-leg jacket wellhead platform (WHPF) general layout was proposed with characteristics of muhi-well slots, drilling ship drilling, work-over rig well repairing and having a 40-men living quarters. A set of design ideas and research methods was concluded. The distance of the new 4-leg platform' s work point was extended slightly to realize function of an 8-leg platform, so as to save steel weight of the platform mod- ule and jacket.
