摘要
针对某大型LNG船与国内主要LNG接收站的兼容性匹配问题,采用OPTIMOOR专业软件计算靠泊力及系泊力;应用SIGTrO标准程序,从船长、吃水、装卸臂、系泊、登船梯,以及靠泊墩等方面分析船岸兼容性,结果表明,目标LNG船可以靠泊国内主要LNG岸站,仅在大连LNG岸站和上海LNG岸站靠泊时,登船梯使用时受到低潮位的限制。对比国内各LNG岸站兼容性发现,各LNG岸站对准入LNG船的要求存在很大差异,LNG船岸兼容性分析需要针对具体岸站具体分析。
To make assessment of the ship-shore compatibility between large LNG carrier and main LNG terminals in China, OPTIMOOR software was used to make detail calculation of the mooring force and berthing force. Based on SIGTTO standard procedure, the main content and method of ship-shore compatibility was introduced from aspects of ship length, draught, loading arm, mooring, gangway and berthing fender etc. The result showed that the target LNG carrier can berthing the main LNG terminals without any limitation in general except Dalian and Shanghai LNG terminals, the limitation for these LNG terminals are only at the low level of tide. It was found that requirements for LNG carrier are quite different among those terminals, so the ship- shore compatibility study should be carried out for each particular LNG carrier and the berthing terminal case by case.
