摘要
针对宁东水厂运行过程中有机物含量增多和低温低浊等问题,采用不同比例的聚甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(HCA)对聚合氯化铝(PACl)进行改性,并进行了一系列混凝实验。实验结果表明,HCA在混凝过程中可以有效增强混凝剂的电中和能力和网捕卷扫能力,与PACl的最佳复合比例为5%。提高混凝剂中Al_b的含量可有效提升对浊度、COD_(Mn)、氨氮和微生物代谢产物(SMP)的去除率,且Al_b含量对混凝过程中絮体的形成和再生有着重要作用和影响。
Focused on the issues of increase of organic matter,low temperature and low turbidity during operation in the Ningdong Water Treatment Plant,different proportions of poly methyl diallyl ammonium chloride( HCA) was added to improve the coagulation performance of polyaluminium chloride( PACl),and a series of coagulation experiments were investigated. The results indicated that HCA could effectively increase the neutralization ability and sweep ability in the coagulation process,and the optimum HCA/PACl ratio was 5. 0%. Increasing Al_b concentration in the coagulant could effectively improve the removal rate of turbidity,COD_(Mn),NH_4-N and soluble microbial products( SMP),while the content of Al_b in coagulant had an important effect and influence on the formation and regeneration of flocs during the coagulation.
