巯基-烯点击反应制备八(3-(2-乙基硫)丙酸)倍半硅氧烷 被引量:2

摘要 通过巯基-烯点击反应,以八乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(OVPS)与3-巯基丙酸(MPA)为原料,以安息香双甲醚(DMPA)为光引发剂,在紫外光下反应30min,制备了八(3-(2-乙基硫)丙酸)倍半硅氧烷(POSS-S-COOH),产率为40%。利用FT-IR、1 H-NMR、29Si-NMR、GPC、XRD、SEM、EDS和TG研究了其结构与性能。结果表明,当OVPS与MPA摩尔比为1∶10时,可获得结构规整的完全加成的含八羧基的POSS-S-COOH。产物在本体状态下呈片层状晶体结构,具有较好的热稳定性。 The thiol-ene click reaction used eight vinyl silsesquioxane(OVPS)and 3-mercaptopropionic acid(MPA)as raw materials,benzoin dimethyl ether(DMPA)for light initiator,reacted 30 min under UV light,eight(3-(2-ethyl-thio)propionic)silsesquioxane(POSS-S-COOH)was prepared,in a yield of 40%.The structure and properties were confirmed by 1 H-NMR,29 Si-NMR,GPC,XRD,SEM,EDS,TG and FT-IR.The results showed that when the molar ratio of OVPS to MPA was 1∶10,the complete addition of carboxyl group contained eight carboxyl group could be obtained.The product was in lamellar crystal structure and had good thermal stability.
