摘要
在常规反应器中利用原位插层法的原理,制备了聚苯撑苯并二噁唑/纳米石墨微片(PBO/GN)复合材料。该反应在常规反应器中能顺利进行,避免使用双螺杆挤出机等高端设备,大大降低了反应成本。对PBO/GN复合材料进行了红外及热重分析、特性黏数比较和力学性能测定,与同等条件下制得的PBO进行了对比分析。结果表明:GN对PBO的聚合有促进作用,制得的PBO/GN复合材料不仅具有PBO材料优良的耐热性,纤维拉伸强度也相对提高了90%左右。
In the conventional reactor by in situ in the principle of layer,the poly-phenylene benzobisoxazole/graphite nanosheet(PBO/GN)composite materials were prepared.The reaction can be carried out smoothly in the conventional reactor,so as to avoid used double screw extruder and other high-end equipment,greatly reducing the reaction cost.The infrared analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,characteristic viscosity and mechanical properties of PBO/GN were analyzed,and the PBO was compared under the same conditions.The experimental results showed that the graphite nanosheet(GN)had a promoting effect on the polymerization of PBO.The prepared PBO/GN not only had excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties of PBO composites,but also improved the mechanical properties of composites.
