摘要
用电成本是企业主要的能源成本之一,通过分析浙江省降低销售电价、开展电力直接交易试点、降低上网电价等政策的效果和存在的问题,提出取消供电领域基本电费等不合理规费、健全电价形成和交易机制等对策建议,以增强企业获得感,倒逼电力市场化改革。
Electricity cost is one of main energy cost for enterprises. Through analyzing policies effects and existing problems, such as reducing Zhejiang Province electricity cost, carrying out electricity direct trading pilot, cutting down grid electricity rice, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures： cancelling basic electricity price as unreasonable price, ptimizing electricity price formation and trading mechanism to strengthen enterprise sense-gaining and promote electricity arket reform.
