摘要
采用烟塔合一的湿法烟气脱硫系统中,由于未设置GGH,排烟温度低,易在塔顶烟囱周围飘落大量的细小液滴,形成"烟囱飘雨",严重影响周围环境和居民生活。文章详述了"烟囱飘雨"的形成机理,从环境因素、烟气特性、工艺设计、除雾器性能以及运行操作等五个方面行了系统分析,为其控制和预防提供借鉴。
Wet method desulphurization system applies smoke tower into one mode, but its exhaust smoke temperature is low and causes large small liquid drops around tower chimney without GGH, which is also called ‘chimney raining’ and influences environment and residents life. The article introduces ‘chimney raining’ formation mechanism and analyzes five aspects, such as environment factor, smoke characteristics, process design, mist eliminator performance and operation method to give reference to control and prevent it.
