摘要
通过对2014年和2013年《人类发展报告》中的教育信息部分进行统计分析与解读发现:我国和相关国家与组织比较,教育发展水平落后导致我国教育指数的排名低于HDI的排名;近年来,我国成人平均受教育年限的增长相对滞后,而儿童预期受教育年限的增长相对向好;尽管我国已属于"高人类发展水平国家",但按教育指数排名只能算"中等水平国家";我国25岁及以上成人中男性受教育程度优于女性,不过未来女性受教育程度可能超过男性;我国财政教育经费支出相对较低,教育不平等程度也较大。
This paper makes a statistical analysis and interpretation of the educational information in Human Development Report in 2014 and in 2013.We found that compared with the relevant countries and organizations,the level of educational development in our country lags,leading to the ranking of China's education index is lower than HDI. In recent years,the adult mean years of schooling in China is lagging,while children are expected to grow relatively well in their education years. Although China has been part of"high human development countries,"but by education index ranking can only be considered"middle-level state". China's 25-year-old and above adults in male education is better than women,but the extent of possible future female education than men. China's financial expenditure on education is relatively low,and the degree of education inequality is also larger.
