摘要
文章引入综合节拍的概念,以生产线开动率为切入点,分析影响生产线开动率的各个因素,最终确定生产线瓶颈并寻找出优化措施。以发动机曲轴生产线为例证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。通过这种方法,可以弥补以前定位瓶颈方法的准确性的不足。
Based on the overall equipment effectiveness of production line, the affecting fac- tors are analyzed, and the bottleneck of the production line is got and optimization measurement is found. This paper takes crankshaft production line as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. Through this method, it can make up for the deficiencies of the previous method.
