新型内锥式流量传感器设计研究

摘要 新型的内锥式流量传感器采用独特的前后锥体流线结构,实现了边壁逐渐收缩节流,具有测量压力损失小、需要的直管段短等优点;同时具有流体整流功能及自清洁功能,由于管道内流体沿锥体表面离开锥体,还具有了自保护功能、耐磨损、可以长期保持稳定性,不需要重复标定;由于负压侧扰动小,可以达到8:1的量程比,测量范围宽。根据多年新型内锥式流量传感器的设计经验及借鉴国内外最新研究成果,确定了新型内锥式流量传感器的结构设计及参数设计方法,研发产品已通过出厂实流标定及工业现场应用,达到了线性度0.5%,重复性0.2%设计要求。 New cone-type flow sensor used a unique anteroposterior pyramidal streamlined structure, which realized the gradual throttling of the side walls. This kind of flow sensor has the advantages of smaller losses of pressure measurement and shorter needed straight pipe. It also has the function of fluid rectifier and self-cleaning. Because the fluid can leave the cone adjoining the surface, the flow sensor also has the characteristics of self-protection, wear resistance, long-term stability and no need of repeating calibration. Due to the smaller perturbance of the negative pressure side, new cone-type flow sensor can reach 8:1 measurement range ratio. According to the experiences of designing new cone-type flow sensor for many years and drawing lessons from the latest research results, we decided the design of new type internal cone flow sensor structure and parameters. Now the products have passed the real flow calibration and industry field application test, reached the design requirements of linearity 0.5% and repeatability 0.2%.
