摘要
着眼新形势下陆军转型建设需求,重点对陆军装备维修保障体系改革的"基本动因、目标定位、基本思路和主要任务"4个方面的问题进行了研究阐释,为陆军装备维修保障体系建设提供参考。
With the transformation and construction of Land Forces under the new situation, this thesis mainly explained problems about the basic reasons, target location, basic framework and main contents of the Equipment Maintenance and Support reform, aiming to provide suggestions for Land Forces Equipment Maintenance and Support System reform construction.
