摘要
通过高效液相色谱法,开展了生育期枸杞中甜菜碱、黄酮的变化规律和不同质量等级枸杞中甜菜碱、黄酮含量差异的研究。结果表明:枸杞在生长发育过程中,随着枸杞果实的逐渐成熟,其甜菜碱、黄酮的含量均呈下降趋势;已成熟的枸杞果实,颗粒越大,甜菜碱和黄酮的含量越低。
Studies on variation of betaine and flavonoids in wolfberry during growth period and differences of betaine and flavonoids in wolfberries of different grades by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were carried out. The results showed that content of betaine and flavonoids in wolfberry decreased with the maturation of wolfberry during the growth and development; for mature wolfberries, the larger the fruits were, the lower the betaine and flavonoids they had.
