摘要
目的:分析并观察在治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘时使用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德的效果。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2016年1月治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿共90例,将其随机性分为观察组和对照组,每组患儿45例。对照组患儿的治疗使用布地奈德进行,观察组患儿的治疗采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德进行,将两组患儿在治疗过程中的症状和效果进行记录,并进行比较。结果:比较两组患儿用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、日夜间最大呼气流速(PEF)绝对值以及FEV1/FVC,对照组患儿在这些指标中都有显著增高趋势,且观察组患儿的增高速度和水平都高于对照组患儿,P<0.05;两组患儿在治疗后的有效率比较发现,对照患儿的总有效率为73.3%,观察组患儿的总有效率则为97.8%,即在治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘时,孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德的治疗效果要优于布地奈德的治疗效果,且两组数据比较,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中,能够有效提升治疗效果,促进小儿肺功能改善,增强小儿恢复速度。
Objective:To analyze and observe the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:90 children with cough variant asthma treated in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with budesonide,and children in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide,then the symptoms and effects of two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)in the first second,absolute maximum expiratory flow(PEF)value at night and FEV1/FVC were compared between the two groups,children in the control group were significantly increased in these indicators,and the increase speed and level of observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of control group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of observation group was 97.8%The effective rate of the children in the control group was higher than that in the control group,so the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma was better than that of budesonide,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of pulmonary function in children,and enhance the recovery rate of children.
