摘要
研究了不同生长调节剂及浓度处理和不同基质对蓝叶忍冬扦插繁殖效率的影响,结果表明,用NAA+IBA(100+50)mg L^(-1)激素处理120min,20d后统计,生根率为94.44%,平均生根数为9.37条,平均根长为5.27cm;以蛭石+珍珠岩(2∶1)为基质的插穗生根综合质量最高,生根率达85.56%,平均生根数为6.59条,平均根长为4.76cm。
The effects of different growth regulator treatments and culture mediums on clonal propagation of Lonicera korolkowii were studied.Result shows that:comprehensive evaluation of sample treated with NAA+IBA(100+50)mg L^(-1) and 120 min for processing time is much optimal than the sample with other treatments on the 14 th day after cuttage;the rooting rate,the mean root number,the mean root length is 94.44%,9.37,5.27 cm respectively.The optimal matrix material is vermiculite,perlite mixture(2∶1).The rooting rate,the mean root number,the mean root length is 85.56%,6.59,4.76 cm respectively.
