摘要
提升我国技术进步既可以依靠国内的研发投入,也可以借助于海外投资的研发溢出。文章在明确逆向技术溢出存在的基础上,基于海外研发资源吸纳能力的视角,利用2003-2012年各省的面板数据,在扩展的L-P模型中加入海外研发资源这一影响因素,研究对外直接投资对我国技术进步的影响。为进一步探讨吸纳能力的调节作用在对外直接投资逆向技术溢出对技术进步中的影响程度,将我国划分为东部、中部、西部三大地区,进行稳健性分析,深入研究对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出对国内技术进步的影响。实证结果表明,对外直接投资促进了我国的技术进步,而且在海外研发资源吸纳能力比较强的情况下,技术进步效果更加明显。
Improving our country＇s technological advances not only can depend on the domestic RD investment,but can also on the overseas RD spillover. This paper,based on the financing mechanism of the RD resource and from the perspective of their absorbing capacity of host countries＇ RD resources,making use of the panel data of all provinces in China from 2003-2012,and introducing the influencing factors on the host countries in their RD resources in the L-P model extended,discusses how the OFDI affects the technological progress of China. In order to further explore the regulating function of the absorbing capacity in the OFDI reverse technological spillover on the technological progress,this paper divides China into three regions： the eastern region,the central region and the western region to do a robust analysis and an intensive study of how the reverse technology spillover of the OFDI affects the Chinese technological progress. The empirical results show that the OFDI promotes the technological progress of our country,and the effect is more obvious with the help of the regulating function of the absorbing capacity.
