摘要 随着国家电力体制改革不断地深化,供电企业迫切需要制定符合市场规律和营销理论的大客户营销策略,为其提供优质服务,推动电力企业、用户及社会三者的和谐发展。在研究市场营销及其相关理论的基础上,通过对徐州市电力市场宏观环境、内部环境及企业自身优劣势的分析,指出了其大客户营销的优势和存在的问题,以及面临的改革机遇。通过对徐州市电力市场进行细分,确定营销目标市场和营销方向,对徐州市供电公司大客户营销策略提出合理的建议,从而为徐州市供电公司营销管理决策提供参考依据。 Witli the rapid processing of reforms in national electric power system, power supply enterprisesfind it urgent to formulate marketing strategies for large power customers, reflecting market laws and theories. The efforts are aimed at providing high quality services and promoting the harmonious development among power corporations, customers and society. Based on researing theories, the macro environment, internal environment of Xuzhou electricity market and its own advantages analyzed. This paper also discusses the advantages and problems as well as reform opportunities thie marl^et faces. The subdivision of e-lectricity market in Xuzhou helps to determine the marketing target direction. Accordingly, some reasonable proposals relating customer marketing strategiesof Xuzhou power supply corporations are put forward so as to cast light on Xuzhou power supplycorporation’s marketing management decision.
