摘要
文中基于青海省海西州的地震特征,采用甘青地区地震烈度影响衰减模型算法,结合地震直接经济损失计算方法以及地震人员伤亡模型,引入地震灾害中各类重大专题地理数据,运用地理信息系统及计算机技术,探讨了GIS在地震灾害中的设计与实现,并据此构建了一套较完整的地震地理信息系统,能在地震发生时快速盲估出所造成的直接经济损失、人员伤亡及水库、管线、危险源等各类重点部位受影响情况,可为应急救援提供重要的辅助决策信息。
Based on the seismic characteristics of Haixi Prefecture,Qinghai Province,by using the earthquake attenuation model in Gansu and Qinghai Provinces and the calculation method of earthquake direct economic loss,the earthquake casualty model,major thematic geography data of earthquake disaster,GIS and computer technology,the application and implementation of GIS in earthquake disaster was discussed and a complete set of seismic geographic information system was built.The system can quickly estimate the direct economic losses,casualties,and identify affected situation of reservoirs,pipelines,dangerous sources and other key facilities by earthquake. Using this system can provide important auxiliary decision-making information for the emergency rescue.
