摘要
用乙二醇作醇解剂,氢氧化钠作助醇解剂对MDI系聚氨酯弹性体进行降解改性。通过红外、热重、黏度、分子量及羟基含量对降解产物进行表征,得到最优的降解条件:助醇解剂用量5%,反应温度180℃,降解时间3~4h,可得到羟基含量较高、分子量较小的降解产物。为聚氨酯弹性体的降解回收再利用提供了重要技术支持。
Using ethylene glycol as alcoholysis agent, sodium hydroxide as co alcoholysis agent of MDI polyurethane elastomer was modified. Through the characterization of degradation products by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR), thermo gravimetric(TG), viscosity, molecular weight and hydroxyl content, the optimal degradation conditions was achieved: alcoholysis aid is 5%, the reaction temperature is 180℃, and the degradation time is 3~4 h. The degradation products with higher hydroxyl content and smaller molecular weight can be obtained. It provides an important technical support for the degradation, recycling and reuse of polyurethane elastomer.
