The article introduces a solution for underground waterproofing system of Poly Garden office project in Shijiazhuang.On the base of reinforced concrete structure self-waterproofing, a scheme of laminating composite of non-curing rubber modified asphalt coating and self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was applied. The article introduces construction technique and attentions for basement, side walls and planting decks, as well as detail treatments.
