摘要
犬冠状病毒(CCV)是导致犬胃肠道疾病的一种常见病原体,目前CCV已确定了两个基因型,即CCV-Ⅰ和CCV-Ⅱ。一般情况下,CCV会导致犬轻重不一的腹泻,合并感染犬的其他病原体会造成致命性结局。然而,几年前报道出现了一种能够造成犬全身性疾病、致死率很高的变异CCV-Ⅱ强毒株,即泛嗜性犬冠状病毒(CB/05毒株)。到目前为止,已有多个国家报道出现泛嗜性CCV,其临床症状和病理变化与首次报道相似,目前中国还没有泛嗜性CCV报道。文章对泛嗜性CCV的研究进行了综述,并为我国防范该病毒提出建议。
Canine eoronavirus （CCV） was a common pathogen which caused canine gastrointestinal disease. At present two genotypes of CCV had been described, CCV - Ⅰ and CCV - Ⅱ. In general CCV could cause different severity of diarrhea in dogs, whereas co - infection with other pathogens could lead to fatal outcome. Whereas, a virulent strain of variant CCV - Ⅱ named CB/05, a pantropic canine coronavirus, was reported several years ago,which caused canine systemic disease and high fatality rate. So far many countries reported pantropic CCV, with clinical sign and pathological changes similar to those in the first report;no findings on pantropic CCV had been found in China. This paper had a review on research on pantropie CCV and could offer a proposal on the control of pantropie CCV in China.
