摘要
目的:观察补中消萎汤对中晚期胃癌化疗患者生存质量的影响,评价临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法:选取2013年8月—2015年12月收治的108例中晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各54例。对照组患者采用化疗治疗,研究组在化疗基础上加用补中消萎汤治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候、生存质量的变化情况及不良反应发生率,并对两组临床疗效进行评价。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组中医证候积分均明显下降,而生存质量评分均明显上升,且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床疗效有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为70.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为50.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为51.85%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用补中消萎汤对中晚期胃癌化疗患者进行治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,促进患者身体恢复,提高生存质量,且不会增加不良反应,优势较为明显。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Buzhong Xiaowei decoction on survival quality of patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods： 108 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted into the hospital from August 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 54）,and the control group n = 54）. The patients of control group took chemotherapy,and treatment group took Buzhong Xiaowei decoction based on the control group. The clinical symptoms,the change conditions of quality of life,adverse effects rate and negative conversion ratio of helicobacter pylori were compared,and the clinical effect of them before and after treatment were evaluated. Results： Compared with the before treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of two groups significantly declined,but the score of quality of life significantly raised,and the TCM symptom score of treatment group was lower than control group,and survival quality score was higher than control group,there was statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）;The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 88. 89%,significantly higher than 70. 37% of control group,there was statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）; There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between 50. 00%of treatment group and 51. 85% of control group（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Buzhong Xiaowei decoction for treating patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,promote patients＇ recovery,improve survival quality and not increase adverse reactions,with obvious advantages.
