摘要
以习近平同志为核心的中国新一届领导集体,在继承中国外交基本原则、目标和战略布局的同时,在外交理念、政策和风格方面进行了一系列创新和发展,就新形势下中国外交的目标、路径、原则、手段等问题作出全面深入的阐述,形成了中国特色大国外交理论体系的基本架构。中国特色大国外交追求的目标是实现民族复兴和打造人类命运共同体,基本途径是坚持和平发展,核心原则是合作共赢,主要手段是建设伙伴关系,价值取向是践行正确义利观,拓展平台是全球治理。中国特色大国外交的理念和实践创新为新时期全方位推进外交外事工作提供了坚实的外交保障。
Inheriting fundamental principals, goals and strategies, the new Chinese leadership with Xi Jinping as the core innovate ideas, policies and style of Chinese diplomacy,elucidate the country＇s diplomatic objectives, paths and measures in a new era , and thus provide the underlying framework for a systemic theory of major power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. The major-power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics sets realizing great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and establishing the community of common destiny among all humans as its ultimate goal, peaceful development as its basic approach, and win-win via cooperation as its principle.It values right approach to upholding justice and seeking interests and expands through Chinese participation in global governance. In short, the concept and practice of major power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics provide a solid and comprehensive foundation for China＇s foreign affairs in the new era.
