摘要
2FSK调制是一种常用的信号调制方式,本文利用DDS频率分辨率高、捷变频的优点来实现信号的2FSK调制,再结合锁相环技术,将DDS信号经过两次混频,变频到X波段。通过合理的选择本振频率和多级滤波处理,优化杂散抑制指标。用该方法实现了X波段的2FSK频率源,该频率源具有捷变频、低相噪、低杂散等特点。
2FSK modulation is a type of signal modulation method in common use. It used the DDS to realize the 2FSK modulation in the paper. The DDS has the advantage of high frequency resolution and frequency agility .The output of DDS is mixed two times to X band combined with the PLL technology. The spurious suppression is optimized by choosing the LO frequency reasonably and multiple filtering. It realized the X band 2FSK frequency synthesizer, which has the advantages of frequency agility, low phase noise and love spurious.
