摘要 近几年来,大数据在政府、金融、商业和公安等社会的各个领域都得到了广泛的应用和积极的探索,对传统运营商的效率提升和运营模式改进等各个方面发挥了关键作用。当前,电信运营商积累了海量的数据,在交通规划行业中存在着非常大的变现空间。通过运营商的基站和信令数据,结合个人用户携带的手机,将个体信息汇总后形成人口的实时交通时空分布,进而为交通规划行业中的决策提供有力的支持。 In recent years, large data has been widely used and actively explored in various fields such as government, finance, commerce and public security, and played a key role in improving the efficiency of traditional operators and improving the operation mode. The At present, telecom operators have accumulated a lot of data, in the transportation planning industry there is a very large realization of space. Through the operator's base station and signaling data, combined with the mobile phone carried by individual users, the individual information is aggregated to form the real-time traffic time and space distribution of the population, and then provide strong support for the decision-making in the transportation planning industry.
