摘要
文章以新农村建设背景下的乡村及老房子的现状为基础,通过研究总结出老屋的延承与发展的思路。通过对典型案例的研究概括出传统乡村中老房子延承与老房子发展的策略和方法为老房子主动适应外部变化(新农村建设)的改造,提供参考性建议;为"美丽宜居"的新农村实践及乡村相关研究提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the current situation of rural and old houses under the background of new countryside construction and through the study of typical cases, this paper sums up the extension and development of the old house and summarizes the strategies and methods of the extension and development of the old house in traditional villages. The purpose of this study is to make referential suggestions for the old house to adapt to external changes actively（ named New Rural Construction）, meanwhile,to provide reference for the practice of Beautiful livable New Countryside and rural relative research.
