摘要
以防城港20万t矿石码头为例,分析了码头带式输送机电动机低效运行的各种影响因素,提出了输送机分段节能措施,并建立了分段设计的数学模型。通过分析发现,码头输送机节能技术对6~7万t巴拿马散货船、10万t级大型散货船和15万t级好望角型散货船的节能率分别达到67%、45%和39%,研究结果对其他散货码头有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the 200 kt ore terminal of Fangcheng Port as the example, the paper analyzed various factors leading to inefficient operation of the motor of the belt conveyors in terminals, and put forward stage energysaving method, built the mathematical model designed as stage. Analysis results showed the energy-saving ratio of 60 ~ 70 kt Panama bulk carriers, 100 kt bulk carriers and 150 kt Capesize bulk carriers respectively reached 67%, 45% and 39% after the energy-saving technology for the belt conveyors in terminals being applied. The results were of some reference for other bulk terminals.
