摘要
目的:调查手术室工作人员保障老年患者安全的行为现状,分析其影响因素,为保障老年患者手术安全提供参考。方法:2015年1~8月采用自行设计的调查问卷对我院手术室工作人员在保障老年患者安全方面的行为进行调查,采用单因素分析法分析影响医护人员对待老年患者安全措施的因素。结果:手术室工作人员的学历、职称、参加工作时间和人事关系对其保障患者安全的行为产生影响(P<0.05)。手术室工作人员在身份确认、协助翻身、摘掉义齿方面得分比较高,在使用约束带、使用气垫床和保暖方面得分较低。结论:手术室工作人员的职称、参加工作时间和编制是影响其保障老年患者行为的积极因素。手术室工作人员在身份确认、协助翻身、摘掉义齿方面可较好地保障老年患者安全,但在使用约束带、使用气垫床和保暖方面较为薄弱。
Objective： To investigate the behavior conditions of staff in the operating room for the protection of the elderly patients and to analyze the influencing factors,thus providing reference for the operation safety of the elderly patients. Methods： From January 2015 to August 2015,the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the behaviors of the staff in the operating room of our hospital to protect the safety of the elderly patients. The factors influencing the safety measures of the elderly patients were analyzed by univariate analysis. Results： The education,professional title,working time and personnel relations of the operating room staff have an impact on their behaviors to protect the safety of the patient（ P 〈 0. 05）. The operating room staff achieved high scores in the identity confirmation,assist of turn over and the remove of the denture,while they gained low scores in the use of restraint strap and air cushion bed as well as keeping warm. Conclusion： The professional title,working time and establishment of the operating room staff are the positive factors that affect their behavior to protect the safety of the elderly patients. They can protect the safety of the elderly patients in the identity confirmation,assist of turn over and the remove of the denture,however the abilities to use restraint strap and air cushion bed and keep warm are relatively weak.
