摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地考察等方法,探讨了我国排球运动振兴与发展的策略。笔者认为:高水平赛事的举办地可多选择中小城市,重点考虑"排球之乡"城市,以"排球嘉年华"的形式举办,这样更有利于扩大排球群众基础、培育球市;体育管理部门和高校管理部门应相互配合,紧抓高校阵地,这样更有利于排球后备人才的培养和输送;社会排球氛围和校园排球是中国排球联赛和国家队的两个支撑体系。只有具备了坚实的群众基础和通畅的后备人才培养系统、输送保障,才能真正实现我国排球运动的振兴和可持续发展。
The article discusses the strategies of volleyball revitalization and development in our country by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,field visit. The main results are as follows： The host right of high level volleyball tournament can choose more than small and medium-sized cities,or give priority to ＂the hometown of volleyball＂cities,and in the form of ＂volleyball carnival＂,doing this could be more conducive to expanding the volleyball mass base and cultivate the market; sports management department and colleges and universities management department should cooperate with each other,cling to the university ground,which could be more conducive to cultivate and transport volleyball reserve talents. Social volleyball atmosphere and campus volleyball are the supporting system of Chinese volleyball league and national team,only has a solid mass foundation and unobstructed reserve talents cultivation and transportation guarantee,we could achieve the revitalization and sustainable development of volleyball sports in our country.
