The article introduces a high-efficient intelligent compound foul gas treatment device(ZL201521019749.7) winning the Eighth Shanghai Invention Patent Award. As a winning project of the municipal engineering patent, the article analyzes and discusses the remarkable social, environmental and economic benefits from its technical background, product superiority, engineering application, social benefit,industrial influence and patent productization process, and introduces the due contribution in the aspect of promoting the innovation and the economic social development so as to provide the reference for the declaration of the similar patent awards.
