摘要
根据通电加速锈蚀原理,将不锈钢棒与钢板分别作为阴阳极,组成锈蚀系统,研究钢板的锈蚀规律。试验结果表明:在本电极组合下,阳极呈非均匀锈蚀特征,钢板中央锈蚀最严重,分别向两侧递减,在板端锈蚀程度略有加强。利用COMSOL进行有限元分析,认为在本锈蚀系统中,阳极表面电流密度分布不均匀,变化趋势与钢板锈蚀程度的分布一致。并认为阴极的位置会影响阳极表面电流密度峰值的位置,但不会影响其取值大小。
According to the principle of accelerated corrosion of electricity,it take the steel rod and steel plate as the anode and cathode to study the corrosion of steel plate.The experiment results show that the anode has non-uniform corrosion characteristics in the composi- tion of corrosion system, the central corrosion of the steel plate is the most serious, decreasing to both sides, and the degree of corrosion is slightly strengthened.Using finite element analysis by COMSOL, it find that the anode surface current density distribution is uneven, which trend is similar to the distribution of the corrosion of steel plate.In addition, the position of the cathode will affect the peak current density of the anode surface position,but will not affect the size of its value.
