摘要
目的 :总结国内外应用鱼降钙素致不良反应的种类和干预措施。方法 :检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、PUBMED截至2017年7月间报道的鱼降钙素致不良反应的个案报道,进行统计分析。结果 :一共28例,其中5例国外报道。肌注鱼降钙素后,常见不良反应包括过敏性休克;循环系统反应;胃肠道反应;罕见癫痫、震颤、心绞痛发作以及男性乳房发育等。发作的时间从2min到77d不等。严重而罕见的不良反应多发生于皮下注射药物后。结论 :鱼降钙素广泛用于绝经后妇女的骨质疏松预防和治疗,建议皮试后肌肉注射给药,密切观察患者初期体征,保障用药安全。
Objective：To summarize the types and interventions of adverse reactions induced by fish calcitonin preparation at home and abroad.Methods：Case reports on adverse drug reactions induced by fish calcitonin were obtained by searching for internet data banks such as Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CNKI）,Wanfang database,Pub Med till July 2017 and then were statistically analyzed.Results：There were a total of 28 cases,in which 5 papers were reported abroad.The most common adverse reactions included anaphylactic shock,circulatory reaction,gastrointestinal reaction and rare epilepsy,tremor,angina attack and gynecomastia and so on.The duration of the attack ranged from 2 minutes to 77 days.Severe and infrequent adverse reactions mostly occurred with subcutaneous injection of the drug.Conclusion：Calcitonin is widely used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Intramuscular injection is recommended after skin test is done.Meanwhile close observation of early symptoms should be strengthened so as to ensure the safety of medication.
