摘要
目的研究45例妊娠期便秘应用非比麸治疗的有效性及妊娠结局的分析。方法选择2016年1—12月在本院产科门诊的中晚期妊娠便秘患者90例，分别按照是否接受非比麸治疗分为研究组45例、对照组45例。研究组口服非比麸3．5克，次，一日3次，治疗2周，对照组给予基础治疗。比较两组孕妇排便症状和大便性状。结果研究组总有效率93．3％，显著高于对照组的57．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率明显较低，阴道顺娩率较高，新生儿出生体重较高。且治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论非比麸治疗妊娠期便秘效果明显，从而提高良好的妊娠结局，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effectiveness offiberform in the treatment of 45 cases of constipation during pregnancy and to analyze the pregnancy outcomes. Methods 90 cases of middle and advanced stage pregnancy constipation in obstetrics clinic of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and were divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group according to whether to accept fiberform treatment or not. The study group was given fiberform 3.5 g/time orally, three times a day for 2 weeks, while the control group was given basic treatment. The defecation symptoms and stool traits were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 57.8% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The rates of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were significantly lower, the rate of vaginal delivery and neonate birth weight were higher. No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment. Conclusion The effect of fiberform in the treatment of constipation during pregnancy is obvious, so as to improve the pregnancy outcomes, which is worthy of clinical application.
